I have just been informed that the latest issue of ARTisSpectrum will be in Barnes & Noble and Borders book stores across the entire US by the end of next week! ARTisSpectrum has been available at select news stands, Agora Gallery, museums and galleries around the world, in New York City street newsboxes and by subscription but starting with edition 25 (May 2011) the magazine will be in both of the major book stores throught the United States.
I was asked to write an article about how artists can best use video to promote their artwork for the issue without ever knowing of the expanded reach of the writing. I am thrilled about this expansion of the magazine's reach which I have even placed advertising in the past two issues and plan on future ads. I congradulate Angela Di Bello (Editor in Chief) and the entire ARTisSpectrum staff on this wonderful news!
So much good has been happening with my "Arts in Video" division which was started several years ago when I started ongoing work with David and Amy Stravitz of eDavid Gallery and I created several one time promotional videos for internationally known photograpaher John Isaac. Verdi Square Festival of the Arts became my second ongoing arts division client in 2009. When Agora Gallery joined the program in early 2010 as my third ongoing arts client, I pretty much focused on their projects without concerning expansion of the division.
That all changed several months ago when the Yale Russian Chorus Alumni approached me about thier January performance in New York City. They needed a mini promotional documentary produced after the concert event. This was a great project with another high level client and really got me thinking about more work in the arts community.

At the time I was settling into a great relationship with New York Enterprise Report who is a fantastic events and corporate client. They had me pretty busy so I put off the arts push until I was asked to write the article for ARTisSpectrum about the same time as I was again considering more outreach and advertising. I already had an ad being placed in the magazine but had no clue that they would soon be in bookstores all over the United States! This means I will have considerably more exposure for what I do in the coming months. Already I have been contracted by an artist for the upcoming exhibition and reception at Agora Gallery on June 9th in addition to shooting and producing the Gallery's online video. Plus Agora is having a very specilal reception on Saturday, June 4th for four year old child prodigy artist Aelita Andre. It is going to be a very busy and exciting next few weeks. Not only am I more busy than ever, but there is even more potential for exciting projects on the horizon.
I owe a great deal of gratitude and thanks to my existing arts clients Agora Gallery, David Stravitz, Verdi Square Festival, Yale Russian Chorus and Flavio Pelligrino for the projects we have and continue to work on together. This experience of steady growth has been wonderful and has lead to the success of Crumlic Media in New York City. I have never felt like we have made it more than I have in the past year and especially the past six months. Now, the steady growth continues!
